Dr. Garner's Medicated Assisted Treatment Program incorporated a

Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model in March of 2020. 

Our Collaborative Care Model specifically engages each patient,

along with their Physician and Case Manager, in a Brief Addiction Monitor.

In addition to personalized Medical and Behavior Addiction Treatment,

each patient has access to the support of a highly trained and compassionate team of

Case Managers, Peer Support Specialist, Clinical Staff, Administrative and Billing Specialists.
